Board Chair Panelists Announced

The Board Chair Summit will feature a panel of past/current board chairs who will share their best advice for handling this role. Panelists will include:

Susan Brock Williams is the current President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, and is the former Board Chairperson of the Lacy Leadership Association (LLA). Susan also serves as Secretary of the Indianapolis- Marion County Public Library Foundation Board of Directors and is a member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Church Parish Council and Home and School Association.

Dick Hester is the past Board Chair for Leadership Ventures. In addition, he has been either the chairman or on the board of directors for many other organizations, including: Sigma Chi International Fraternity, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, United Way of Central Indiana, Hispanic Education Center, Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, American Red Cross and the Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Alumni.

Robert Kaspar is Chairman of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and also a board member of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Foundation. Robert also serves as past-president of the United Methodist Foundation of South Indiana and has served as chair of the statewide Indiana Humanities Council and The Learning Collaborative.

Joseph Simpson is the past Board Chairman for the American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis. He is also the previous Board Chair for Community Centers of Indianapolis, Inc. Joe has served on many other boards, including the Greater Indianapolis Chapter of the NAACP and the Martin Luther King Multi-Service Center.
